JDF Art Space

ONGOING 2026

Our JDF (Juan deFuca Art Space) showcases many of our member Artists art work. This continuous Art Show is featured courtesy of West Shore Parks & Recreation near the Main entrance of the Recreation Facility.

All art work is available for sale by contacting the artist. On a quarterly basis the show is re created with new artists work and continuing artists with new work.

We hope you will come and see the beautiful art in this space!

Poetry Station

Our “Poetry Station” has had a make-over!

It features our local Royal Bay High School students’ poetry rotating on a quarterly basis. Persons visiting the Station can also hear the poems read to them using a QR Code system.

We thank the City of Colwood for the Create Places grant to make this possible and we also thank Royal Bay High School English Department for the value they have placed on sharing students poetry with the public.

Plan to stop by the Station and enjoy the colorful poetry!

The location of the Poetry Station placement in Royal Bay is at the intersection of Ryder Hesjedal Road and Murry’s Pond trail system.
